Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist in our kitchen during the peak summer season. As a Kitchen Prep & Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by preparing high-quality ingredients and supporting our production tasks in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the culinary team with daily ingredient preparation and portioning
- Assist in production tasks including sauces, marinades, and prep-ahead items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health standards
- Execute essential kitchen tasks such as fruit and vegetable prep, meat slicing, and assembly help
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products

Qualifications
- A strong desire to learn and work in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes and specific prep instructions precisely
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends through the summer season
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals
