Fryer/Grill Cook

Little Lake Brewing, LLC seeks a hard-working individual to fill the position of Cook during our outdoor bar & grill season. The seasonal position will run through Fall with a possibility of longer if mutually agreed upon.

Qualified applicants must be able to handle pressure with patience, work as a team and possess the passion it takes to prepare high-quality food. Individuals must be able to communicate with colleagues and remain professional when representing little Lake Brewing.

 

​Other:

The work week is 4-5 days a week with afternoon/early evening shifts available. Weekends are required. No late night shifts. Please be familiar with our business model before applying. Visit our website and socials if you have never been a customer at little Lake Brewing.

 

Experience level:

• Cook experience - 1-2 years preferred

• Must have fryer & grill experience in a commercial kitchen

• Must be able to independently set up and operate the kitchen, which includes documenting inventory needs. Training will be provided.

 

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared promptly and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines

 

Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
