Barista/Bartender/Server

Little Lake Brewing, LLC seeks a hard-working individual to fill the position of Barista/Bartender. Qualified applicants must be able to handle pressure with patience, work as a team, problem solve, follow instructions, and possess the desire to provide a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications:

• Food & Beverage Service experience required

• Customer Service experience required

• Barista experience is preferred for the AM position but will train someone with food/beverage experience.

• Craft beverage bartending experience is preferred for the PM position but will train someone with food/beverage experience.

• Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• NYS Food Handler certification preferred but not required

• Friendly, flexible and team-oriented

 

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers

• Making coffee, espresso drinks, blended and other drinks

• Serving craft beverages including beer, wine, spirits, hard seltzer, and homemade soda.

• Processing and serving food orders to the tables

• Washing some dishes and cleaning the counter and dining area

• Keeping the store clean, stocked, and sanitized

• Other related duties as assigned

 

Additional details:

Part-Time, mornings and/or evenings. We are open for business Wednesday through Sunday and the successful candidate should be available to work shifts on any of those days as needed.

 

AM position = 1-2 mornings per week approximately 4 hours per shift (ex: 8 am - Noon). Serving primarily the coffee and grill menu with some adult beverages.

 

PM position = 1-2 late afternoon/evenings approximately 5-6 hours per shift (ex: 2 pm - 8 pm) bartending and serving the bar & grill menu.

 

Preferably 21+ years of age with some experience in the craft beverage industry.
